Cornelia Pusch is a Counsel in the Labour and Employment Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.
As a certified lawyer for labour and employment law, Cornelia advises and represents national and international companies on all labour and employment law matters.
Her area of advice covers all aspects of employment and labour law. She focuses on advising and supporting companies with respect to restructurings and complex employment relationships, including the preparation of dismissals and litigation.
Furthermore, she provides advice regarding the structuring of all contracts used within companies, e.g. employment contracts, managing director service agreements, policies, remuneration models and flexible working time regulations.
Cornelia has specific experience in advising and representing social institutions, specifically with respect to the guidelines for employment contracts, the framework regulation for staff representation systems and church labour and employment law.
Cornelia is a member of Deutscher AnwaltVerein (German Bar Association) and Münchener AnwaltVerein e.V. (Munich Bar Association).
She studied law at the University of Munster, Westphalia. She completed her elective stage at a renowned international law firm in New York City, USA.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Cornelia worked for a renowned international law firm in Frankfurt am Main, London and Munich from 1999 to 2005 in the areas of labour and employment law and complex litigation & arbitration.

Cornelia's recent experience includes:
- Ongoing advice to a globally operating group in the packaging industry, specifically regarding the structuring of managing director service agreements for the international subsidiaries, including training seminars for executives
- Restructuring and reorganisation of two companies of the publishing industry, including advice regarding the drafting of a restructuring plan and the implementation of the measure, including advice on leaving associations and regarding works constitution law matters
- Advising a company in the area of payroll accounting regarding a spin-off, acquisition and follow-up merger, including advice on works constitution law matters
- Ongoing legal support to one of the largest social associations, including representation in court
