Practice notes

Rachel is an associate in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in employment law.

Rachel’s contentious workload includes handling litigation in both the employment tribunal and the employment appeal tribunal. She is experienced in dealing with unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and equal pay claims.

Rachel advises on non-contentious matters across a variety of clients and sectors in relation to TUPE, insolvency, redundancy consultations, absence/performance management, service and settlement agreements and policy review exercises. Rachel also manages international labour law projects, with experience of managing projects involving over 36 jurisdictions.

Rachel completed her training contract at Eversheds Sutherland which included seats in corporate crime, restructuring and two secondments to a global US retail company.
