Hannah is a Principal Associate in our London Corporate team. She works on a variety of domestic and international transactions and has experience in share and asset transfers, strategic restructurings, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial advisory.
Hannah’s focus is on advising multi-national corporates in cross-border M&A matters across a range of sectors (with a particular interest in diversified industrials, TMT and indirect real estate). Hannah has client relationship responsibility and as a transactions lawyer, is accustomed to integrating seamlessly into client service teams as a trusted and valued member.
Some of Hannah’s career highlights include advising:
- a sales and marketing outsourcing specialist, in relation to its acquisition of: (i) a strategic UK marketing agency with subsidiaries based in Australia and Gibraltar; and (ii) a retail marketing agency (partnered with Walmart and ASDA)
- Doncasters Group on the sale of its UK fabrications business to Arlington Capital Partners
- leading Salesforce consulting services business, Waeg on the sale of its European division to IBM
- Aprirose in connection with its acquisition of a 45-asset Spirit Pub Company branded portfolio from British Land
- Amazon-owned Twitch, in relation to its acquisition of IGDB, a Swedish company specialising in the development of next-gen websites for video/computer games
- a Singaporean trust owned entity in connection with its acquisition of the Hayhill portfolio (comprising 97 regional offices across the UK for £282.15million)
- a South African aquaculture producer in relation to a debt for equity swap arrangement
- the global business travel arm of a major US financial institution in connection with its proposed acquisition of a controlling interest in a UAE headquartered travel agency with operations in five jurisdictions across the GCC
