Practice notes

Luis Francisco Bermejo is a partner of the Eversheds Litigation and Insolvency Department. Luis has broad experience of litigation and arbitration processes involving corporate and contractual matters, and disputes over insurance, construction, real estate, engineering, competition, copyright and trade mark issues. He has a strong track record as an insolvency administrator and advisor to both debtors and creditors in insolvency proceedings.

A member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1994, he has also been an arbitrator at the Madrid Bar Association’s Court of Arbitration since 2009.

He has a law degree from the University Complutense of Madrid, a Master´s Degree in Accounts Auditing and Business Analysis from the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences at the University Complutense of Madrid.
