Jeremy is an Associate in our International Arbitration and Public International Law group, based in Paris.

His recent experience includes advising a State-owned oil company on a complex multi-billion dollar gas arbitration; a high-value public international law case before the Iran – US Claims Tribunal; and representing a government in relation to three distinct international investment arbitration claims in the construction sector.

Jeremy also has experience in ICC arbitration and in advising foreign investors on how to structure their investment in order to benefit from bilateral investment treaties.

Jeremy holds a double degree in English and French law from King’s College London and from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University; a postgraduate degree in International Economic Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (in exchange with Columbia Law School and Sciences Po Paris), and an LL.M. degree from the University of Chicago.

His mother tongue is French and he is fluent in English.

Jeremy is a qualified attorney in New York and in Paris.


Jeremy est collaborateur au sein de l’équipe Arbitrage International et Droit International Public de notre bureau de Paris.

Jeremy est spécialisé en arbitrage commercial, en arbitrage d’investissement et en droit international public. Il intervient pour des Etats dans plusieurs arbitrages d’investissement ainsi que devant le Iran-US Claims Tribunal basé à la Haye. Il dispose également d’une expérience particulière en arbitrage CCI.

Jeremy est titulaire d’une double maitrise en droits anglais et français de l’Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne et de King’s College London ; d’un master 2 en droit international économique de l’Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (en échange avec l’Université de Columbia à New York et Sciences Po Paris) et d’un LL.M. de l’Université de Chicago.

Jeremy est inscrit aux barreaux de Paris et de New York.
