Keri is Co-Head of our Global Corporate and Commercial Practice Group ("CCPG"). He leads the Eversheds Sutherland International CCPG team (all teams outside the US) which comprises 25 offices, 186 Partners and a team of over 600 lawyers. The CCPG team act as global trusted advisor to significant corporates leading on their complex, strategic and high value projects.

Keri is recommended by the UK Legal Experts Guide as an expert in M&A, is a Band 1 listed partner in Chambers and has recently been acknowledged as one of only 23 global lawyers with "star" status in the Acritas Legal Stars Global General Counsel survey

Keri is Client Partner and leads our firm wide relationship with Rolls-Royce plc, BBA Aviation Plc and McKesson.
