Practice notes

Phillip is a partner in our Commercial Dispute Resolution group.

He specialises in the conduct of large scale complex disputes, particularly in the TMT and professional services sectors.

Phillip’s recent experience includes:

  • acting for a major accountancy firm and the insolvency partner on a Financial Reporting Council investigation and enforcement action;
  • conducting proceedings for an urgent injunction and follow on litigation in the context of a dispute over the control of a software development company; and
  • acting for a telecommunications company in a large scale dispute over the roll out of network infrastructure.

Phillip is also experienced in conducting cross border investigations for companies and firms, particularly in the professional services sector. He also advises clients on international sanctions.
