Practice notes

Wenzel is a Litigation and IP associate and additionally focuses on commercial and tort law.

He has advised and represented several large international companies in and out of court regarding the assertion of claims. This included representation in court and before government authorities as well as the drafting and negotiating of contracts. He is also experienced in litigation and has assisted many clients in enforcing their claims, as well as in defending their Intellectual Property rights.

Wenzel has been working at Eversheds Sutherland in Austria since October 2017.

He studied law at the University of Vienna and completed a postgraduate LL.M. degree at the Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley with a focus on Intellectual Property and commercial law.

Wenzels recent client experience includes:

  • advising a world leading E-commerce company in regulatory affairs and in the drafting of contracts
  • representing leading rental car companies and insurances in court regarding the enforcement of claims

Wenzel Röhsner ist Rechtsanwaltsanwärter für Litigation und Geistiges Eigentum. Einen besonderen Fokus hat er auf Schadenersatz-, Zivil- und Unternehmensrecht.

Er hat umfassende Erfahrung in der Vertretung von internationalen Unternehmen vor Gerichten und Behörden sowie bei der außergerichtlichen Anspruchsdurchsetzung. Ebenso berät er regelmäßig bei der Vertragsgestaltung und -verhandlung. Darüber hinaus berät er Unternehmen hinsichtlich der Sicherung ihrer geistigen Eigentumsrechte.

Wenzel Röhsner ist seit Oktober 2017 als Rechtsanwaltsanwärter für Eversheds Sutherland tätig.

Er absolvierte sein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Wien und ein Masterprogramm an der Santa Clara University im Silicon Valley mit dem Schwerpunkt Intellectual Property. Er absolvierte im April 2021 die Rechtsanwaltsprüfung.
