Cristina is a Senior Associate in our Romanian office and member of the Real Estate team.

Cristina has been involved in complex office, retail and mixed-use projects, focusing on due diligence investigations, construction agreements, as well as transaction documents for acquisition or sale of real estate assets.

She also has vast experience with lease agreements for offices and retail premises.

Cristina is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University and is currently attending a master program of Urban Planning at the Bucharest University. She has been admitted to practice by the Bucharest Bar Association.
