Rossella opera prevalentemente nel campo del diritto bancario e finanziario fornendo assistenza in materia di finanza strutturata e delle cartolarizzazioni, in particolare, nel settore dei non performing loans e dei crediti verso le pubbliche amministrazioni.

Prima di entrare in Eversheds Sutherland ha lavorato in un altro studio legale internazionale occupandosi di diritto bancario e finanziario. Si è laureata a pieni voti presso l’Università degli Studi di Milano e dal 2021 è abilitata a svolgere la professione di avvocato in Italia.

Rossella works in the banking and financial department of the Firm advising arrangers and investors in debt capital market and securitisation transaction.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, she worked in the finance law team of International Law Firm. On April 2017 she graduated in law with full marks at the University of Milan and she is a lawyer admitted to practice in Italy (Bar Association of Milan) since 2021.
