Yashika Rowjee is a Senior  Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team at the Melrose Arch office in Johannesburg. Yashika obtained her LLB degree (summa cum laude) from the University of the Free State. Yashika has experience in corporate and commercial law and has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements including memoranda of incorporations, shareholders agreements, license agreements, sale agreements and various other commercial agreements.
