Omar is an associate in our Real Estate group, specialising in tenancy law.

He has extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial leases for national and international clients, including landlords and tenants for office, retail and residential properties. He also has experience in conducting legal proceedings.

 Omar's recent experience includes:

 

  •  advising/assisting a data center company on subleasing (colocation) data center space in the Amsterdam region;
  • advising/assisting an international e-commerce company with negotiating a lease agreement for its warehouse in the Netherlands;
  • assisting an international fuel station (including retail) and convenience retailer on the expansion of their site portfolio in the Netherlands; and
  • advising several international retailers on their lease agreements (on premium locations) and negotiating new leases and renewals.
