Bhikhu is a solicitor in our Managed Legal Services group, specialising in contracts, data protection, IT and procurement and competition law.
He advises on all aspects of the procurement process and management of commercial contracts as well as dispute resolution.
Bhikhu’s recent focus has been on the regulated English water sector and he is familiar with procurement, environmental and regulatory constraints that apply to projects in these areas. His recent experience includes advising on high value procurements for contracts and framework agreements which include ICT services, supply and maintenance services, and water utility supplies and services.
He holds a post-graduate Masters in International Business law from Manchester University. Bhikhu’s native language is Gujarati and he is fluent in English.
In addition, Bhikhu also provides ongoing in-house bespoke training seminars on commercial contracts and procurement law topics to clients on a variety of issues.
