2005 augusztusától dolgozik társult ügyvédként az irodában, 2012 augusztusától az iroda partnere.

2001-ben szerezte meg a jogi diplomáját a Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem Jog és Államtudományi Karán. 2003-ban a Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem Deák Ferenc Intézete által szervezett LL.M. képzés keretében szakjogászi képesítést szerzett bank- és értékpapírjogból.

2001-től 2005-ig a Szecskay Ügyvédi Irodában dolgozott ügyvédjelöltként. 2004-ben a Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek német ügyvédi iroda brüsszeli irodájában, 2008-ban pedig az Eversheds birminghami irodájának kereskedelmi jogi részlegén dolgozott.

Péter társasági jogra és M & A tranzakciókra, peres jogra, valamint versenyjogra specializálódott. Péter számos M & A tranzakciót vezetett és több határon átnyúló tranzakcióban is részt vett. Rendszeresen képviseli az iroda ügyfeleit a versenyhivatal előtt és a Versenyhivatal által az ügyfelek ellen fogyasztók megtévesztése miatt indított eljárásokban.

Fő szakterületei: társasági jog, M&A, versenyjog, pervitel és választottbírósági eljárás.

Partner of the firm.

Dr Péter Sándor joined the firm in 2005 as senior associate, and became partner in 2012.

He received his J.D. from Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences in 2001. In 2003, he gained LL.M. degree in banking and securities law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Deák Ferenc Institute. He participated in a post-graduate course in English law and the law of the European Union organized by the University of Cambridge. In 2004 he worked for the Brussels office of the German law firm, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. In 2008 he worked for the Birmingham office of Eversheds in the commercial department.

As member of the firm's Corporate Group, Péter led several M&A and cross-border transactions. Péter regularly represents clients before the Hungarian Competition Office in unfair trade matters and in proceedings initiated by the competition authority on the basis of misleading consumers. He represents clients in several legal disputes relating to breach of contracts, legal actions for damages, trademark infringement cases, labor disputes, in series of litigations in connection with high value construction disputes, in debt collection matters including related litigation.

His main practice areas are corporate law, M&A, litigation, arbitration and competition law.
