Paul Sands is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group specialising in employment tribunal litigation. Paul is an experienced advocate and has appeared in Employment Tribunal’s across England, Scotland and Wales. He has also managed cases through the High Court and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Paul is experienced in dealing with complex litigation issues including whistleblowing, discrimination, TUPE and restrictive covenants.

Paul also advises clients in relation to non-contentious employment matters such as restructuring / redundancies, TUPE transfers, senior exits, and settlement agreements.
