Samer is a partner in the corporate commercial practice in our Doha office.

Samer advises on corporate, commercial, employment, real estate matters with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, company incorporation, funds, IPOs and listings. He also has significant experience advising banks and financial institutions on their corporate and security documents as well as industrial, manufacturing and transportation companies on their licensing, incorporation process and acquisitions.

Samer is a regular speaker on topics such as joint ventures, companies and industries start up, IPO and listing, corporate governance, merger and acquisition. In addition, Samer is an Arbitrator at the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
