Practice notes

Harriet is a principal associate in our pensions team, advising sponsoring employers, trustees and financial institutions on all aspects of pensions law. Her recent experience includes advising on scheme funding, investment products and structures, changing pension benefits, insolvent restructurings, "buy ins" and "buy outs", scheme mergers and escrow arrangements. She also has extensive experience of advising on the pensions aspects of both UK and cross-border corporate transactions.
