Arndt Scheffler is a counsel in the Munich Eversheds Sutherland Office and specialises in competition and distribution law. Further activities include commercial contracts, litigation and energy law. Arndt conceives, reviews and negotiates – mostly cross-border – distribution, supply and cooperation agreements, advises and acts for businesses in German and EU merger control as well as multi-jurisdictional filings and asserts the interests of his clients in controversies. These clients include domestic and foreign manufacturing businesses, in particular manufacturers of branded products, and service providers. He focuses, in terms of industries, on the food and automotive supply sectors, and also businesses in the healthcare and chemical industries.
Arndt’s recent experience includes:
- Advice to coffee shop company Starbucks concerning a comprehensive cooperation with German food manufacturer Krüger on coffee pad systems
- Distribution law advice for a German glass manufacturer
- Conception of cross-border distribution agreements for a German business in the metal sector
