Natalie is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour Law practice group in our Munich office.
She advises national and international companies on all matters of employment and labour law, both in and out of court.
Furthermore, she specialises in advising companies inter alia with regard to restructuring and reorganizational measures as well as providing labour law advice on matters related to works constitution law. Natalie also represents companies at German labour and social courts, especially in unfair dismissal proceedings and disputes with works councils.
Natalie studied law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and completed her professional training at Munich Higher Regional Court.Her elective stage was in New York City. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Natalie worked for Beiten Burkhardt in their employment and labour law practice group.
She is recommended for Labor and Employment law by Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt in the young talent category "Ones to Watch".
Natalie's recent experience includes:
- Advising private and public clinics on day to day employment and labour law matters, in particular on individual disciplinary measures and co-determination matters
- Implementation of restructuring measures with staff reductions as well as negotiations of reconciliations of interests and social plans in the context of a mass dismissal
- Giving advice in the conclusion of management board contracts and the separation of management board members
