Dr. Steffen Schniepp is a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice group.

He has been advising well-known clients on complex, mainly international, PE and M&A transactions for more than 17 years. His clients include international corporations, DAX-listed companies and leading private equity investors.

Dr. Steffen Schniepp studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen and received his doctorate in 2008.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked as a partner for various international law firms in Stuttgart, Nuremberg, Frankfurt and London. Most recently, he was responsible for the legal advisory business of an international consulting firm for Germany, Europe and EMEA as Managing Partner and led the global M&A business as Head of M&A.
