Bruno Schoch is partner at Eversheds Sutherland Switzerland. He mainly advises on public procurement projects at municipality, cantonal and federal level. His former position as head of the legal service at BLS PLC (2007-2011) has contributed to his strong affinity to the transport sector. Bruno has a profound knowledge in drafting tender documentations and commercial contracts as well as in advising in data protection law, administrative law, IT law and on compliance aspects. He is also experienced in appeal proceedings related to public procurement.
His previous work for the Federal Office of Communications and the Cantonal Police of Berne had already enabled Bruno to focus on legal issues along the interface between public and private law and with this regard to acquire a broad knowledge of legal project management.
Bruno studied at the University of Fribourg and holds a degree in Law (lic.iur. 2001). He further completed the post-graduate degree Executive Diploma HSG in Management for the Legal Profession (MLP-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen (2016). He is a qualified Swiss lawyer (2005), registered in the Canton of Berne.
Bruno is member of the Berne Bar and Swiss Bar Associations.
