Peter Schott is an Associate in the Company Commercial practice group in the area of Strategic Contracts at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

He advises national and international companies in the manufacturing industry as well as in the consumer goods sector.

In this context, Peter mainly provides support within the framework of large-volume and strategic commercial, production and distribution contracts and focusses on the preparation and adaptation of general terms and conditions.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Peter Schott worked in the legal departments of an international media company and a German sports goods manufacturer.

Peter's recent experience includes:

  • providing advice to medium-sized companies from the energy sector on questions of contract law
  • providing permanent advice to a globally acting mail-order company on strategically important cooperation agreements
  • providing advice to an automotive supplier operating worldwide regarding the contractual relationship with automotive manufacturers
