Sebastiano è specializzato nella tassazione delle società e nella fiscalità internazionale, con particolare riferimento agli aspetti tributari delle operazioni di M&A e di riorganizzazione societaria.
Ha inoltre maturato una vasta esperienza nell’assistenza delle società in caso di verifiche fiscali da parte dell’Amministrazione finanziaria e nel contenzioso tributario. Sebastiano è laureato in Economia e Commercio presso l’Università di Roma ed è iscritto  all’albo dei dottori commercialisti e dei revisori legali. È membro del collegio sindacale di numerose società, in prevalenza multinazionali. Lingue parlate: italiano e inglese.

Sebastiano specialises in corporate taxation and international taxation, with particular focus on tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. He also developed an extensive experience representing companies in case of audits, conducted by Tax Authorities, and tax litigations.
Sebastiano holds an economic degree from the University of Rome. He is registered in the Official Listing of Chartered Accountants and in the Register of Financial Auditors. Sebastiano is in the Board of numerous multinational companies as Statutory Auditor. Sebastiano speaks Italian and English.
