Frances is an associate in our Pensions Group. Frances qualified in September 2017 and advises trustees and corporate clients on all aspects of pensions law.

Frances’ recent experience includes: advising on, and drafting, amendments to scheme rules; advising on closure to future accrual proposals; advising on bulk transfers; governance scheme reviews; and advising on potential breaches and notifiable events.

Frances is an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
