Katie is a senior associate in our corporate group. Katie has general merger and acquisition experience as well as advising clients on MBO/MBI, early stage funding and secondary buyouts across different sectors.

Katie advises a number of UK private equity houses, and has experience of advising venture capital investors and management teams

Katie’s recent experience includes advising a US Equity House and portfolio company on a pre-sale re-organisation and intercompany loan re-organisation ahead of sale.
