Practice notes

Shuheb is an associate in our Corporate group and has experience in domestic and international M&A, private equity, group reorganisations and general corporate governance.

Shuheb qualified into the Corporate team in September 2020 and completed seats in Real Estate, Restructuring, Financial Services Disputes and Investigations, and Corporate. He undertook a secondment to a client bank as an in-house counsel where he was involved in legal matters relating to regulatory, commercial, finance, property, human resources and data protection.

Shuheb read Law LLB and International Commercial Law LLM at The University of Birmingham and completed his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
