Amanda is a principal associate in our human resources practice group specialising in pensions law.
Amanda’s recent experience includes advising on the management of employer debt liabilities, proposals to change scheme benefit design, scheme re-structures, determination and wind up of schemes and updating and consolidating scheme governing documentation.
She regularly acts for trustees and corporates in relation to risk management strategies such as revisions to investments (such as fiduciary management agreements), buy-ins, buy-outs and liability management.
