Annabel is an Associate in Eversheds Sutherland's Corporate team.

Annabel has a broad experience advising clients across a variety of sectors in relation to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, general corporate governance and equity capital markets transactions.

Annabel is passionate about pro bono work and is the CR and Pro Bono Representative for the London Corporate department at Eversheds Sutherland. Her pro bono work includes assisting the charity KIND UK to support children making applications for British citizenship and providing corporate governance advice to charity Turtle Dove Cambridge.

Annabel is a member of Eversheds Sutherlands’ Gender Network, Perspective network, CSR Committee, Women in Business Forum, Running Club and Softball Team.

Annabel has acted on a number of major transactions for both private and public sector clients, including:

  • advising Gresham House Energy Storage Fund PLC on the acquisition of a number of battery storage projects
  • advising ProCook on its IPO on the main market of the London Stock exchange
  • advising on the sale of the Wavenet Group by private equity investor Beech Tree to Macquire Capital following a client secondment
