Practice notes

Euan is a partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions group. He qualified in 1997 and has been specialising in employment law for over 20 years.

He regularly advises blue-chip companies and public sector organisations on executive recruitment and termination, organisational change programmes, TUPE strategies and contract drafting and interpretation.

He is qualified to practice in Scotland and in England & Wales. He is an experienced advocate and has represented clients before Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals in Scotland and England, in a wide range of cases including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract.

He has a particular focus on the energy sector and is recognised in the Legal 500 as an “energy sector expert”.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and the Law Society of Scotland.
