Practice notes

Natalie is an Associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations group. Natalie has recently qualified having completed seats in Employment, Real Estate, Commercial Litigation and Corporate and Commercial.

Natalie has experience in a broad range of litigation matters including shareholder disputes, corporate fraud and trust litigation. She has experience in providing strategic advice to both claimants and defendants having worked on a variety of cases from pre-litigation through to trial, including on appeal. Natalie’s recent experience includes:

  • acting for a commercial client on a successful jurisdictional challenge; and
  • assisting with a successful appeal to the Court of Appeal on equitable compensation.
