Sara is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team and primarily acts for clients in heavily regulated industries such as Transport and the public sector.

Sara advises on a wide range of property matters including Landlord and Tenant transactions, acquisitions and disposals, easements and compulsory purchase, and has experience of dealing with all aspects of general commercial property matters.

Sara is particularly experienced in the property and regulatory requirements at rail freight sites, and over the years has led on various strategically significant and high-value projects in this niche sector.

  • Diploma in Legal Practice, Cardiff Law School, 2011-2012
  • LLB (Hons) in Law, 2008-2011
