Practice notes

Anna is an Associate in our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations group. She specialises in financial services related disputes and manages a large portfolio of commercial recovery disputes for a retail bank and has a wide range of experience in enforcing mortgages and personal guarantees.

Anna also has experience of dealing with debt recovery claims; professional negligence claims; and consumer credit and payment protection insurance claims.

Anna has also recently completed AML audits for commercial clients.
