Practice notes
Jane is a partner in our EHS team. She handles a broad range of non-contentious environmental work.
Her recent experience includes:
advising several clients in the chemical sector in relation to a no deal Brexit, advice in relation to EU ETS including in the context of Brexit; carrying out due diligence and negotiating the transfer of environmental risks in the context of both mergers and acquisitions and real estate work; advice in relation to the classification of material as waste/non-waste. More recently Jane has been providing regulatory advice in relation to biocides, as business responds to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jane is recognised in Chambers & Partners as “wonderful and technically brilliant” with clients saying she is “proactive and offers commercial business advice”.
