Elena è specializzata in diritto del lavoro e offre ad aziende nazionali e multinazionali consulenza in ambito giudiziale e stragiudiziale.

Ha prevalentemente acquisito esperienza in materia di licenziamenti individuali e collettivi, trasferimento del personale e negoziazioni. Si occupa di rapporti di lavoro subordinato e autonomo.

Elena has been working with the Employment Law department of Eversheds Sutherland since 2011.  She has acquired specific and broad-based skills in the field of employment issues especially with reference to contracts, transfers, individual and mass dismissals, cross-border transactions, negotiations with trade-unions, collective labour agreements and labour disputes, providing assistance to both national and multinational businesses. Regarding litigation she acts for clients before all the Courts of Italy.

She has gained a considerable experience in the field of health and safety in the workplace and she is qualified to work in this area at national and international level, having acquired both the qualification as a Professional in Charge of Health and Safety issues (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) in Italy and the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. For several years Elena has also advised clients on matters of civil law which may be connected with labour law.

She is coauthor of the book “Employment Law in Europe – Third Edition 2013” published by Bloomsbury Professional Ltd and has collaborated on the drafting of articles on labour law
