Mihaela is an Associate in our Romanian office and member of the Real Estate team.

Mihaela has been involved in many high-profile real estate transactions which included due diligence investigations, construction agreements and related advice on retail and industrial developments. Mihaela has the skills and experience to handle all document preparation, negotiation of agreements and closing of transactions.

Mihaela graduated from the Faculty of Law within the Bucharest University, holds a master degree in Business Law and is a member of the Bucharest Bar. She speaks Romanian and English.
