Ali has a broad financing practice covering debt capital markets and related experience in asset portfolio transactions, securitisations and other structured finance transactions, as well as general banking covering investment grade and leveraged transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland in March 2022, Ali trained and worked at another leading “magic circle” law firm in London.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland in March 2022, Ali trained and worked at another leading “magic circle” law firm in London, and before that served in the Armed Forces for six years.
