Practice notes

Stefan Steeger is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Labour Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Dusseldorf.

Stefan advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective labour law both in and out of court.

He specialises in providing labour and employment law advice on matters related to works constitution law as well as in advising companies with regard to restructuring and reorganisational measures.

Stefan is the author of several articles relating to labour and employment law.

Stefan studied law at the University of Cologne and has been working on his doctoral thesis there since 2019. He completed his legal traineeship at Dusseldorf Higher Regional Court in the course of which he worked inter alia for the Ministry of Economics in Northrhine Westphalia and for Dusseldorf Regional Labour Court.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Stefan worked for a major international law firm in the area of employment and labour law and complex disputes as well as for a leading international law firm in the area of employment and labour law as an Associate.
