Practice notes

Marie is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management team, specialising in commercial dispute resolution.

Marie advises on a wide range of disputes, particularly in the TMT, energy and product liability sectors. She has experience in litigation, arbitration and regulatory work.

Marie’s recent experience includes: providing commercially focused and strategic advice to clients in the TMT sector in order to resolve disputes before escalation to litigation/arbitration; guiding clients in the energy sector through investigations conducted by the industry regulator; and advising on a multi-million cross-jurisdictional claim arising out of a product liability dispute.
