Practice notes

Irina is a Senior Associate in our Romanian office and specialises mainly in corporate, M&A and commercial matters. She also advises clients on regulatory and compliance aspects of Romanian law in a number of fields of specialization, including power and energy sector. She assisted various national and international companies from day-to-day matters to wider strategic projects, including for implementation of reorganisations and restructuring measures.

Irina is a member of the Bucharest Bar and holds a master degree in Public International Law from the Bucharest University.

She speaks English, German, Spanish and Romanian.
