Matthew trained at Eversheds Sutherland and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2003. Matthew acts for a wide range of public and private clients on mixed use development schemes, dealing in the site assembly and acquisition of the sites, through to the negotiation of joint ventures and funding arrangements to facilitate delivery and disposal.
