Dominique Strieder is a partner in the area of compliance and commercial criminal law in the Frankfurt office of Eversheds Sutherland.

He advises and represents national and international companies in the area of compliance and ESG as well as in the conduct of internal investigations.

The focus of his advice includes advising companies on the development, implementation and review of compliance management systems and the conduct of compliance risk analyses. He also advises on the establishment of whistleblower systems and on supply chain compliance issues.

Dominique Strieder also advises companies on investigations by authorities in connection with allegations of compliance violations.

Another focus of his practice is advising companies on internal investigations, often with a cross-border context.
