Az iroda vezetője és egyik alapító partnere.

Az Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem Jogi Karán szerezte diplomáját, jogtanácsosi szakvizsgát követően posztgraduális külkereskedelmi szakjogász képesítést szerzett a budapesti Jogi Továbbképző Intézetben.

Mintegy nyolc éves nemzetközi kereskedelmi jogi tapasztalatot szerzett a KONSUMEX Külkereskedelmi Vállalatnál kezdetben, mint jogi előadó, jogtanácsos, majd, mint a vállalat jogi osztályának helyettes vezetője.

Az 1987-ben egy nemzetközi ügyfélkörrel foglalkozó ügyvédi iroda alapító partnere volt, amelyből 1999-ben kiválással alakult meg a Sándor Szegedi Szent-Ivány Komáromi Eversheds Ügyvédi Iroda.

A Magyar Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara mellett szervezett Választottbíróság tagja.

A Joint Venture Szövetség Etikus Üzleti Magatartás Bizottságának elnöke és a Magyar Versenyjogi Egyesület számvizsgáló bizottságának tagja.

Az IDI (International Distribution Institute - http://www.idiproject.com/) magyarországi szakértője.

Több publikációja jelen meg angolul és az "International Company and Commercial Law Review" (ICCLR), London angol jogi folyóirat magyarországi levelezője.

Dr. Szent-Ivány obtained her degree from the Faculty of Law, Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, and has a postgraduate degree in international commercial law from the Postgraduate Law Institute, Budapest.

She has eight years’ experience in international trade with KONSUMEX Hungarian Foreign Trade Co., initially as an in-house lawyer and later as deputy head of the company’s legal department. She was founding partner of a large law firm established in 1987 working for international clientele.

She is on the panel of the Court of Arbitration attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the chairperson of the Business Ethics Committee of the Hungarian Joint Venture Association.

She has written several publications in the field of business law in English and is a correspondent for the International Company and Commercial Law Review in London. She is also a country expert for the International Distribution Institute (http://www.idiproject.com/).
