Practice notes

Antonio is a partner in our Dispute Resolution Practice Group and Head of Eversheds´ Latin America Alliance.

He has vast experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation. His practice involves advising clients on contractual and commercial disputes. He advises on a broad range of disputes, with experience in all types of litigation related to Financial Services, International Contracts, Construction & Engineering. He also advises on corporate investigations related to Fraud, Bribery and Regulatory issues.

Chair of the International Bar Association's Litigation Committee from 2009 to 2012 and regular speaker and session chair at IBA events.

He has a Degree in Law by the Complutence University of Madrid (1988) and a Masters in Business Law by the Instituto de Empresa (1988).
