Practice notes

Helen is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group and specialises in pensions.

Helen advises both trustee and corporate clients on a full range of pensions issues. Her recent experience includes: advising in relation to benefit redesign including closure to future accrual, liability management options including bulk annuity transactions, scheme mergers, employer debts and apportionment arrangements, sales and acquisitions and pensions tax issues. Helen also has experience of pensions disputes and litigation.

Helen is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences and is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
