Charlotte is an Partner in the real estate group who has over extensive experience of working for both the public and private sectors.  She has acted on all aspects of real estate work, including landlord and tenant work, portfolio management, corporate support, and has particular expertise in acting in both the health and education sectors, acting on all aspects of their real estate portfolios . 

Charlotte regularly works with members of the national Project and Infrastructure Finance Team and provides practical real estate advice to a wide variety of public sector bodies, reviewing and analysing real estate issues within the wider framework of delivering public sector objectives and advises on these in the context of the wider contractual and commercial issues. 

Her recent experience includes: acting for London Borough of Southwark on their Integrated Waste Project, Leeds Teaching Hospitals on their extensive reconfiguration and redevelopment of the retail unit area within St James' Hospital, advising Kirklees College on the acquisition and development of their new Huddersfield and acting for Community Ventures (Leeds) Limited on the 4th wave of LIFT health centres in Leeds. She is currently advising Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority on the real estate aspects of its waste management and recycling contract and, currently, its PFI resource recovery contract and London Borough of Lambeth on their health and leisure joint service centre.
