Harry is an Associate in our Employment, Labor and Pensions group.
Harry has a particular focus on Employment Tribunal litigation and has acted for respondent clients from a variety of sectors (both public and private) on a range of employment issues, including disability and race discrimination, harassment, unfair dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages and whistleblowing.
In addition to contentious matters, Harry has also advised on non-contentious matters, including disciplinary and grievance matters, internal HR policies, redundancies, TUPE transfers, intra-group transfers, changing terms and conditions of employment, drafting policies and settlement agreements.
