Harry is an Associate in our Employment, Labor and Pensions Group. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2018, Harry was awarded a major scholarship from Middle Temple and obtained a Very Competent grade on the BPTC (2014).
Harry has a particular focus on Employment Tribunal litigation and has acted for Respondent clients from a variety of sectors (both public and private) on a range of employment issues, including disability and race discrimination, harassment, unfair dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages and whistleblowing.
In addition to contentious matters, Harry has also advised on non-contentious matters, including disciplinary and grievance matters, internal HR policies, redundancies, TUPE transfers, intra-group transfers and changing terms and conditions of employment. Additionally, Harry has experience in drafting policies and settlement agreements for employers.
