Practice notes

Sirkka is knowledgeable on legal issues related to transactions and various contractual arrangements relating to real estate, whether relating to construction, renovation, housing company issues, commercial and residential leases, property and asset management or shopping center management.

She has also extensive experience on international projects related to real estate. She is familiar with the needs and practices of international real estate investors and property funds. She has advised on various clean energy projects and other matters relating to energy.

Sirkka has represented clients in the District Court, Land Court and Administrative Courts. These duties have included, among others, matters pertaining to environmental law, planning and clean energy.

She works at our office in Helsinki.
