Chloe is a Senior Associate, experienced in Employment Law.

Chloe originally trained as a barrister and was called to the bar in 2012, having graduated in 1st place in her cohort at bar school and having received the Harmsworth Major Scholarship from her Inn of Court, before cross qualifying to become a solicitor in 2016. Chloe also has extensive experience negotiating the settlement of tribunal claims at all stages and also represents her clients at judicial mediation.

Chloe has a wealth of experience acting for both Respondents and previously Claimants in Tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, all types of discrimination and whistleblowing. Chloe has significant experience in litigating multi-Claimant redundancy cases, involving insolvent companies and BEIS. Chloe led an Employment Tribunal claim for the protective award that resulted in the first ever criminal prosecution of those responsible for the businesses decline.

Chloe’s clients say she is “impressive to watch in the Tribunal”, “achieves great results” and is a “calming influence”.

In addition to her Employment Tribunal work, Chloe provides employment law and human resources advice and training to businesses, for example Chloe:

  • regularly advises on a variety of complex disciplinary, appeal and grievances processes, providing hands on support to her clients throughout;
