Chloe has a wealth of experience acting for both Respondents and previously Claimants in Tribunal litigation, including claims for unfair dismissal, all types of discrimination and whistleblowing. Chloe has significant experience in litigating class actions.

Chloe’s clients say she is “impressive to watch in the Tribunal”, “achieves great results” and is a “calming influence”.

In addition to her Employment Tribunal work, Chloe provides employment law and human resources advice and training to businesses, for example Chloe:

  • regularly advises on a variety of complex disciplinary, appeal and grievances processes, providing hands on support to her clients throughout;
