Jannick is a Senior Associate in the Commercial and IP practice group in our Munich office.
His area of advice covers the protection and enforcement of his clients' rights in the field of intellectual property law (including food, competition, trademark, copyright and advertising law) — out of court as well as in court. His out-of-court work also includes advising clients on contractual aspects relating to the creation and exploitation of IP rights (e.g., technology transfer, licensing, cooperation and manufacturing agreements).
Jannick mainly advises national and international clients from the finance, trade/retail, technology and consumer goods industry sectors.
He completed his legal traineeship at the Ingolstadt Regional Court with a stationing in South Africa. During and after his legal traineeship, Jannick worked for a major law firm in Munich in the field of intellectual property. Since August 2018, he has been admitted as a lawyer and has been working for Eversheds Sutherland. Jannick is also currently writing his dissertation on the legal impact of artificial intelligence.
