Practice notes

Elyes is an associate in our legal advising group.

He specializes in Investment funds, general Corporate law, Banking law and Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as commercial and civil litigation.

In addition, Elyes assists local and international clients on various tax issues related to corporate taxation and to investment process. He has gathered significant experience advising for investment establishment, including carrying out legal due diligence and drafting legal opinions.

He obtained a master’s degree in business and tax Law from Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis II - University Carthage - Tunisia.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Elyes has undertaken several internships in the “Corporate Affairs” division of other law firms.

Elyes est un collaborateur dans notre département Corporate/ M&A. Il est spécialisé en fonds d’investissement, corporate, droit bancaire, M&A, commercial et contentieux.

Elyes conseille également des clients locaux et internationaux sur des questions fiscales. Il a cumulé une expérience considérable en conseil pour les établissements d’investissements.

Il est titulaire d’un Master en droit des affaires et fiscal de la Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Politiques de Tunis II, Université de Carthage, Tunisie.

Avant de rejoindre Eversheds Sutherland , Elyes a effectué plusieurs stages dans le département Corporate de plusieurs autres cabinets d’avocats locaux.
